Kosmic Way offers original artwork, limited and open edition prints, handcrafted jewelry, apparel, home décor, plants, and other creative goods. Many items are handmade or one of a kind. Slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, stone patterns, wood grain, brushstrokes, and natural materials are part of their character and are not defects.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout when applicable.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Original artworks, custom commissions, personalized items, living plants, gift cards, and clearance items are generally final sale unless required by law or damaged in transit.

7. Handmade & Natural Variations

Every handcrafted piece is unique. Variations in materials, finishes, gemstones, plant growth, and artistic expression are expected.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, jewelry designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and website content are the exclusive property of Kosmic Way LLC or their respective creators and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Commissions

Commissioned or custom-made work begins after approval and payment as agreed. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds may not be available.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kosmic Way LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.
