Pilar Guzmán Campos
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Pilar Guzmán Campos is a multidisciplinary artist, interior designer, and art educator whose creative journey spans more than four decades. Entirely self-taught as an artist, she has explored a wide range of artistic disciplines—including watercolor, acrylic painting, ceramics, printmaking, mixed media, and textile arts—continually expanding her visual language through curiosity, experimentation, and a profound connection with nature.
Alongside her artistic practice, Pilar has worked as an interior designer and has taught art for more than 40 years, inspiring generations of students to discover creativity as a lifelong way of seeing and engaging with the world. Her experience across art, design, and education has shaped a body of work that balances technical sensitivity with an intuitive, expressive, and deeply human perspective.
Today, watercolor has become her signature medium, allowing her to capture the light, color, and vitality of the natural world with remarkable sensitivity. Inspired by Impressionism, Abstract Art, and the extraordinary landscapes and biodiversity of Colombia, her work is not intended to offer a single interpretation, but an open invitation to experience. Through color, gesture, texture, and form, she creates visual spaces where imagination is free to wander and every viewer is invited to discover their own story.
For Pilar, painting is a language of emotions rather than explanations. Between order and chaos, spontaneity and intention, her work explores the richness of human feeling through expressive marks, luminous color, and organic movement. Each piece becomes a dialogue with the viewer, encouraging contemplation, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty that exists in both nature and ourselves.
Her work has been exhibited in Colombia and is now reaching audiences in the United States, where she continues to create original works that celebrate nature, awaken joy, and invite moments of reflection through color, light, and the enduring beauty of the natural world.
Gabriela Quitián Guzmán
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Gabriela Quitián is a Colombian artist, graphic designer, jeweler, and founder of Kosmic Way. Working across graphic design, drawing, and fine jewelry, her practice explores the relationship between nature, philosophy, craftsmanship, and contemporary visual language.
With a professional background in Graphic Design, Gabriela has spent more than a decade creating visual identities and design systems for international brands. Alongside her professional career, she has continued her artistic education through the study of drawing, portraiture, the human figure, and composition under the guidance of renowned artist and educator Glenn Vilppu.
Inspired by nature, the philosophy of the Tao, Colombian artistic traditions, and the timeless relationship between humanity and the natural world, Gabriela creates work that celebrates movement, gesture, harmony, and thoughtful design. Her practice is guided by the belief that nature is the greatest work of art and that every meaningful creation begins with learning to see more deeply.
In a time when much contemporary art reflects conflict and fragmentation, Gabriela chooses to explore beauty, wonder, and inspiration. Whether through drawing, graphic design, or handcrafted jewelry, her work seeks to awaken curiosity, invite contemplation, and remind us that beauty has the power to elevate everyday life and reconnect us with something timeless.
