Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Made-to-order, handcrafted, commissioned, or personalized items may require additional production time. Estimated production times are provided in the product description when applicable.
Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are carefully packaged using professional protective materials. Larger works may require specialty packaging or insured shipping. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders.
Jewelry, Prints & Apparel
Jewelry, prints, apparel, accessories, and home décor are securely packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size and medium.
Plants
Plants are shipped only to locations where shipping is legally permitted. Because plants are living products, shipping schedules may be adjusted due to weather or seasonal conditions to help protect their health.
Shipping Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, carriers, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Kosmic Way LLC.
Tracking
When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kosmicway18@gmail.com and include photographs of the product and packaging. If your tracking indicates a lost shipment, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
